TERMS:
2% cheque in advance - cheque must be received prior to shipping.
Net 15 days on approved credit.
Interest will be charged on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum order $100.00 net.
FREIGHT:
All orders exceeding $2000.00 net (of HST / GST) - Freight prepaid to one destination.
All orders under $2000.00 net (of HST / GST) - Freight collect.
PRICING:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Back-orders will be shipped at prices
prevailing at time of shipment.
TAXES:
HST / GST extra
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES:
Merchandise damaged in transit must be claimed immediately with the carrier.
Ceramics should be checked immediately for possible damage and a claim made with the
carrier
In all above instances, notation must be made on original freight bill at time of signing.
RETURNS:
All returns must have prior authorization by BAY-LEE AGENCIES with the Return Goods
Authorization number (RGA) marked clearly on the bill of lading and packing list. Returns
without the RGA Number will be refused at customer's expense.
Returns must be made Freight Prepaid.
Returns accepted only on current merchandise, found in original carton and in new and saleable condition.
All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge where applicable, to be deducted from credit issued.
